Everton to take slice of £10m transfer fee if Antonee Robinson moves to AC Milan

Everton would be in line for a slice of any deal that takes Antonee Robinson to AC Milan.

The Blues sold Robinson to Wigan Athletic last summer for around £2m but the 22-year-old is now a target for the Italian giants.

And it is understood that Milan are working on a deal to sign the left-back before Friday's deadline with the possibility to overall agreement, including potential add-ons, could reach £10m.

Everton would be due a percentage of that transfer after including a sell-on clause as part of his transfer to the DW Stadium last summer.

Robinson, who spent 10 years at Goodison, has played in all but one of Wigan's 31 games this season and regular observers of the Championship say he has been the stand-out player in his position this term.

Milan's are reportedly looking to sell Ricardo Rodriguez and have identified Robinson, a US international, has his potential replacement.

And the stunning transfer is being worked on with Everton set to land a portion of the fee, should it go through.
