Marcel Brands and Carlo Ancelotti will meet early next week to resolve the Everton futures of Josh King and others.
King joined the Blues on a short-term deal in February that runs until the end of next month.
The 29-year-old striker was told by Ancelotti that he could earn a long-term contract if he impressed but King's Goodison prospects would appear grim given the Norway international has yet to start a game.
But Ancelotti insists a decision has yet to be taken on King and revealed he will sit down with director of football Marcel Brands on Monday or Tuesday, following the final game of the season against Manchester City, where they will also discuss Robin Olsen's loan as well as a new contract for Seamus Coleman.
“We have some positions to consider - Josh, Robin Olsen - and other players like Seamus who we would like to renew the contract," Ancelotti revealed.
"With Marcel Brand after the end of the season on Monday or Tuesday we are going to talk about all these kinds of situations."
Ancelotti also says a resolution has yet to be found over Richarlison's summer plans.
The Brazilian forward, who scored the only goal of the game against Wolves on Wednesday, intends to play in both the Copa America and Olympic Games.
Ancelotti has made no secret of his stance on the matter and hopes that Richarlison will agree that playing in the Olympics as well as next month's Copa America, is too much.
"Not yet, no," Ancelotti replied, when asked if a decision had been made.
"We didn’t talk about this yet. We didn’t talk about renewing the contracts for the players who need to renew and we didn't talk about the possibility for the players to go to the national teams. We have to organise something for the summer because the players who are involved with their national teams need to rest. I am going to arrange this in the next week."
Ancelotti, who has reiterated his desire to sign a winger, also hinted at the need to sign a forward this summer too, in an interview with the matchday programme.
A new right-back is also on the club's wishlist and the Everton boss has confirmed his intention to sign up to three players this summer saying: "That is still the case, yes."
