Everton team news and lineup confirmed as Allan returns but Josh King waits for full debut

Josh King still awaits his full Everton debut after being named on the bench for tonight’s game with Fulham.

Carlo Ancelotti has made four changes from the side that defeated Spurs 5-4 in an astonishing FA Cup tie on Wednesday night.

Seamus Coleman, after a fine cameo off the bench, starts in defence as does Mason Holgate.  Both Yerry Mina and Michael Keane are on the bench.

Andre Gomes, fit again after missing the Cup tie with a knock, is back in the starting XI while James Rodriguez also returns after missing the game with a tight calf.

Brazilian midfielder Allan is back in the squad for the first time since December when he picked up a hamstring injury.

Tyler Onyango, the young midfielder from the Blues’ under-23s team, is also on the bench.

Robin Olsen continues in Jordan Pickford’s absence, with Coleman, Holgate, Ben Godfrey and Lucas Digne making up the defence.

Abdoulaye Doucoure, Tom Davies and Gomes will play in support of Rodriguez, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Richarlison.

Joao Virginia is the back up goalkeeper and is on the bench alongside Keane, Allan, King, Mina, Alex Iwobi, Niels Nkounkou, Bernard and Onyango.

Everton (4-3-3): Olsen; Coleman, Holgate, Godfrey, Digne; Gomes, Doucoure, Davies; Rodriguez, Sigurdsson, Richarlison.

Subs: Virginia, Keane, Mina, Nkounkou, Allan, Onyango, Bernard, Iwobi King
