Everton team news and line-up confirmed for Burnley as Carlo Ancelotti makes one change

Tom Davies has been recalled to Everton’s starting line-up in the only change made by Carlo Ancelotti for the visit of Burnley.

Davies comes in for Gylfi Sigurdsson who has been nursing an ankle problem.  The club record signing is on the bench along with the returning Seamus Coleman and Yerry Mina.

Jordan Pickford is in goal with Ancelotti keeping faith with a back four of Mason Holgate, Michael Keane, Ben Godfrey and Lucas Digne, with the left-back captaining the side today.

Alex Iwobi, following his instagram post about wanting to play in his “preferred position”, plays on the right and keeps his place.  Allan and Davies are in the middle with Andre Gomes also in midfield, playing in support of Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison.
