It is not everyday you meet someone who was named after you - but that is exactly what happened to Everton midfielder Gylfi Sigurdsson.
The Blues midfielder, who got married last month, was holidaying in Bali with wife Alexandra when he met the young boy who was named after him.
Sigurdsson was contacted by the child's father who told him about his son being called Glyfi.
The Iceland star kindly organised to meet the youngster, and he shared the pictures to Instagram.
In a caption the Everton star wrote: "Had to meet @dexglenniza from Indonesia when he messaged me and said he named his son Gylfi after me. It was nice to meet you!"
The Iceland international was married in Lake Como, Italy last month before travelling to the Maldives.
Sigurdsson and his model wife also visited Singapore on their incredible honeymoon adventure.
Everton will be without the 29-year-old as they take on Kariobangi Sharks in the SportPesa Trophy in Kenya on Sunday.
