Everton star Richarlison seals Copa America glory for Brazil with heroic goal

Everton starlet Richarlison returned from illness to coolly clinch the Copa America title for Brazil on Sunday.

The 22-year-old came off the bench for the final 15 minutes of the match as the Selecao led Peru 2-1.

A penalty was awarded late on following a foul on Everton Soares inside the box.

Richarlison confidently stepped up to place the penalty into the bottom corner to seal Copa America glory for his home nation.

The Blues winger then reeled away in celebration and was swamped by jubilant team-mates near the corner flag.

It was Richarlison's third appearance in the finals, which were hosted in Brazil, and he rounded-off a return from sickness with an important goal for Tite's men.
