Brianne Delcourt said she knew she was going to marry Kevin Kilbane the moment she met him at Goodison park.
Former Everton star Kevin got engaged to his Dancing on Ice partner Brianne this week, after a whirlwind four month romance.
Today the pair appeared on Loose Women to speak about their relationship.
Kevin said:"It happened very quickly, it was an instant thing.
"I wasn't thinking about love, I've just been concentrating on work and not thinking about anything else, and it just happened."
Brianne explained the moment she knew she had met someone special.
She said: "When I was coming through the tunnel I thought I was gonna marry this guy.
"I was battling with the thought, but as I walked down I just couldn't shake the feeling I was going to marry him.
And Kevin said:"It was love at Goodison park."
The couple said they had moved in together the second day after they met.
Brianne explained she was staying with her former Dancing On Ice partner Keiron Richardson, but that Kevin had suggested it'd be easier if she stayed with him because of their hectic training schedule.
Kevin said: "It's early days, but I feel like I've known her for all my life."
He said he had proposed in a restaurant in London, as their song "Grace" by Rod Stewart played in the background.
And talking about whether they’ve set a date, Kevin said: “We’ve got things in our head but again we’ve got to speak to so many people. We’ve got a time frame in our head… But we do know what we’re going to do.”
