Everton have been sent a physicality warning ahead of this afternoon's clash with Leeds United at Goodison Park.
Pundit Tony Cascarino has criticised the lack of energy within the Blues squad and warns of Leeds' highly intense style of play.
The Toffee's disappointment this season continued midweek with a 3-1 defeat away at Newcastle, a result that plunged them further into danger as they're now just two points clear of the relegation zone.
The former Republic of Ireland international says Everton were 'run off the park' by Eddie Howe's side and insists the same could happen today if they don't match their opponents physically.

“Allan and [Andre] Gomes no legs, they can’t get around the pitch,” Cascarino told talkSPORT.
“They were run off the park by Newcastle and do you know what? They are playing the best team they can play in Leeds and the worst team they can play because Leeds can run and they can do it brilliantly.
“They come from every angle, yes they’ve got a huge injury list but Everton lacked a lot [against Newcastle]. The two boys in the central defensive positions, Holgate and Keane, not good enough this year. Mina went off injured and they chop and change between a three and a back four.
“They had a lot of problems, [Kieran] Trippier caused them absolute havoc, he kept getting the ball in from all angles, [Matt] Targett likewise on the left. Saint-Maximin ran riot by getting at them. If they don’t match Leeds physically, they’ll get beat.”
Frank Lampard will be without some key names as Yerry Mina, Demarai Gray and Vitalii Mykolenko have all been ruled out.
"Yerry Mina has an unfortunate injury that will be probably between eight and 10 weeks [out]," the Blues boss told reporters on Friday.
"Demarai Gray won't be fit for Leeds but hopefully it's just a minor knock around his hip and we're hoping he'll be fit for next week with some luck."
