Carlo Jacomuzzi believes that Liverpool signing Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly would be "a disaster" for everyone else.
The Everton scout spoke to Radio Marte in Italy and his interview was relayed by AreaNapoli via SportWitness.
The radio station asked the scout questions about the possibility of centre-back Koulibaly joining a side in the Premier League .
The Blues won’t be buying the Senegalese defender from the Serie A side, but there have been multiple rumours about teams in the top six eyeing his services, including Liverpool.
“Manchester United is a pitfall these days. City? If Guardiola makes a decision, they buy. Napoli want €130m? In England, there are four team who can pay that amount,” Jacomuzzi said.
“ Liverpool ? They’ve won so much from the Champions League , from the money from the federation and their sponsors that they can buy two Koulibalys. It would be a disaster for the others, having to find a way to go through that defence.”
There’s no chance Liverpool are going to buy Koulibaly with it being totally unnecessary to spend that amount of money due to the fact they have a host of top class centre backs already in their ranks.
