Everton's next three games are crucial if they are to save their season

It's like deja vu with West Ham coming to Goodison at a crucial time again.

When Sam Allardyche came to the club and he was watching from the stands we were struggling at the time. We played West Ham at home and put in a great performance which turned our season around and reminded everybody what we could do with the players that we had.

We've had a lot of difficult games but not against the top teams this season and it's a chance for Marco Silva to get his point across to his players.

Not many managers are going to change their philosophy but if it's not working you need to find a way to get the best out of the players at your disposal.

A good manager will listen to other people and tweak things. He might not want to do that but if it works everyone will give him plaudits for it. The fans are crying out for two strikers up front. Do we need to play with two deep-lying midfielders?

We've still got time to turn the season around. There's other teams around us struggling and we need to make the most of this and get on a run of wins.

The next three games are crucial for Marco Silva. I'm not a fan of chopping and changing managers because I don't think it gets you anywhere but Silva will know this is not good enough.

Week after week the fans are travelling in huge numbers and selling out stadiums and coming home disappointed with not just the scoreline but the performance as well.

Whatever we're doing away from home, the travelling or the hotels, there's something about the way we play away from home that's different.

We should be getting on the front foot and get our fans singing but we just seem to turn up and think we're gonna roll over the small teams.

When we go behind we've got no plan B. The players look to the sideline and the manager's head and body language is down and the players seem to follow suit.

We go 1-0 down and we may as well leave the stadium because I can't see any fight back. He needs to get that mentality out of his team.

It's a huge month for Silva and if he fails to tick the boxes I'm sure the board are going to have big questions about saving the season.
