Everton's new manager could face Inter Milan or Arsenal in a pre-season tournament in the USA.
The Blues are headed Stateside in late July to take part in the Florida Cup.
Everton had to abandon plans for a trip across the Atlantic last summer because of the pandemic but will fly to Orlando this summer for warm-up matches.
The Blues will face Colombian outfit Millionaires on July 25 before either facing the Gunners or Inter on July 28.
Everton are expected to have installed a new boss, to replace Carlo Ancelotti, by the time the squad jets over.
Games are to be played at Orlando’s 65,000-capacity Camping World Stadium.
For Blues fans hoping to travel from the UK to the US for the games. Everton have cautioned: "UK-based fans are advised not to book travel or accommodation until leisure travel to the United States is permitted.
"Official Club travel packages from the UK to the USA will be subject to government travel restrictions and, as such, are not currently available. Should the option for leisure travel become available, more information on official Club travel packages will be communicated."

Everton will be back in the US for the first time since playing in the International Champions Cup in 2013 but return to the States in different circumstances because of the Covid pandemic.
The club added: "Everton is continuing to work closely with Florida Cup organisers and US authorities to ensure the Club's participation in the tournament is safe and that an appropriate bubble is in place for the travelling party. The Club will also follow the Premier League's COVID protocols and the UK government's international travel guidelines for elite-sport."
