Everton have not received any contact from Lyon over the in-demand Lucas Digne.
The Ligue 1 side have been credited as one of the clubs "interested" in the Blues' left-back.
Digne revealed to the French media that he has been made aware that a number of clubs are keen on him - but stressed he is happy at Everton.
Reports in his homeland say Lyon are among the interested parties but the defender says he's heard nothing about any admiration from the Groupama Stadium and the ECHO understands no official enquiry has been made to the Blues' board.
Everton will rebuff any offers for the club's Player of the Year who only arrived at Goodison last summer from Barcelona in a deal that could be worth £22m.
Digne signed a five-year-deal when joining the Blues in August.
