Everton predicted lineup vs Burnley - Marco Silva has decision to make over Tom Davies

David Prentice - Stick or twist?

Wolves are in pole position for the Europa League, so does Marco Silva stick - in a bid to secure three points and put pressure on on the Midlanders?

Or twist and experiment just a little with next season in mind?

The answer is, a bit of both.

So Tom Davies comes in to my midfield to celebrate his new contract extension with a rare start.

That apart, it ain't broke so don't try and fix it.

We're building up to tonight's match against Burnley HERE

My Team (4-2-3-1) - Pickford; Coleman, Keane, Zouma, Digne; Gueye, Davies; Richarlison, Sigurdsson, Bernard; Calvert-Lewin.

Adam Jones - Time for Davies to start

Tom Davies picking up a new deal this week is fantastic news. Not just for the club, but for the player as well.

This has been a bit of a strange campaign for the midfielder, the transition between being named captain and being asked to watch from the sidelines must have been frustrating.

But, his reward should come this weekend.

Burnley won't offer as much attacking threat as the likes of Manchester United, meaning Everton can afford to be a little more adventurous.

Marco Silva opens up on Idrissa Gueye's response to PSG offer, Manchester United rumours and his 'model' midfielder

And, as Sean Dyche's men proved against Man City last week, the Blues will need as many attacking players as they possibly can to break down a tough defensive setup.

Davies coming into the side in place of Morgan Schneiderlin should be able to aid that.

Apart from that, nothing should really change. The Palace match was frustrating on Saturday, but not enough for wholesale changes.

For the last match at Goodison this season, under the lights, this side should be enough to pick up all three points.

My team (4-3-3) - Pickford; Coleman, Keane, Zouma, Digne; Gueye, Davies, Sigurdsson; Richarlison, Bernard, Calvert-Lewin.

Chris Beesley - Silva MUST go strong

Marco Silva is quite right when he says that Everton should be aiming to qualify for European football every season and that's the only way they can grow as a club.

Suggestions from some that the Blues would be better off without another campaign in continental competition given the struggles of Friday's opponents Burnley this term smack of a small-team mentality.

Everton fans prove their commitment to club once more with fantastic new record

Look at Arsenal and Chelsea's progress to the semi-finals of the Europa League. Given how difficult it is to finish in the top four of the Premier League these days it might be Everton's best chance of securing the Holy Grail of Champions League football.

So the Blues should be going all-out to get the three points against the Clarets and that means picking their strongest team possible and being unchanged from the XI that started against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

But after saying all that, I fear that Wolves aren't going to slip up against Fulham and it will ultimately all be in vain!

My team (4-3-3) - Pickford; Coleman, Digne, Zouma, Keane; Gueye, Schneiderlin, Sigurdsson; Richarlison, Bernard, Calvert-Lewin.
