Jordan Pickford - 7
Was called into action to make a number of crucial saves, not least an incredible stop to deny Ollie Watkins despite the striker being in an offside position.
Jonjoe Kenny - 6
A solid performance all-round once again from the right-back. He attempted to get forward as much as possible and threaded some nice passes in the second half when given the opportunity.
Yerry Mina - 6
Took a few minutes to get up to the speed of the match and looked like he had settled well until almost heading the ball over his own goalkeeper in the first half. He might have felt he should have scored on multiple occasions in the second half too.
Mason Holgate - 6
Largely composed in playing the safer options throughout this 90 minutes, with a no-nonsense approach perhaps being the best way for the centre-back to return to his best form in the coming weeks.

Ben Godfrey - 6
Didn't really venture beyond the halfway line throughout the majority of the match in what was something of a quiet affair for him, although he nearly bagged his first goal for the club with a header cleared off the line.
Andros Townsend - 5
Didn't quite get up to his usual standards throughout the course of this game and couldn't create enough opportunities for the strikers from that right flank.
Abdoulaye Doucoure - 6
Started the game with a lot of energy in the middle of the pitch, but should have played a better pass to allow Richarlison in on goal in the first half. Everton will hope his injury isn't a serious one.
Andre Gomes - 5
Was less combative in the centre of the pitch than his midfield partner and his passes were often too wayward to be much use to his teammates. Was taken off early in the second half.
Demarai Gray - 6
Everton didn't really give him the ball enough. Whenever the winger did have possession, he looked to be direct and dangerous, but wasn't given enough opportunity to change the course of this game.

Richarlison - 7
Full of energy in closing down his opponents, giving the centre-backs a tough game throughout. However, clear-cut chances in front of goal were frustratingly limited for the striker, who had to rely on his defensive work more often than not.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin - 6
Similarly to his strike partner, it was his work off the ball that was the main aspect of Calvert-Lewin's game this time around, with him spurning the only real chance he had inside the box after a fantastic cross from Anthony Gordon.

Allan - 6
Put himself about and made numerous important challenges in the centre of the park.
Anthony Gordon - 7
Another really bright, energetic and creative display from the winger coming off the bench.
Tyler Onyango - 6
It's no easy task to be brought into a game like this as a young player, but he did well.
