Ancelotti refuses to rule out deadline day deals
Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti has refused to rule out further additions to his squad on deadline day.
The Blues have started the season in impressive fashion with four wins from four, and following Saturday’s victory over Brighton & Hove Albion, the Italian admitted that deadline day could possibly spring some ‘surprises’.

Everton have been strongly linked with a move for Norwich City defender Ben Godfrey, while a few players are expected to leave Goodison Park.
"Wait, wait. Monday is soon, Monday is coming," Ancelotti said when asked if he expected any more new faces once Godfrey's capture was complete.
"We have to wait and see what is going on in these two days.
"You will see, you will see. Maybe something can come. Some new signings are coming."
Ancelotti talk eased my mind - Davies
Everton midfielder Tom Davies says Ancelotti ‘put my mind at ease’ after having a conversation with the Italian about his future.
Davies, who started his first league game of the season against Brighton, was linked with a move away but the 22-year-old has been given a new lease of life after a reassuring exchange with Ancelotti.
“I spoke to him he said he didn’t want me to go on loan, he saw me as an important part of the squad," said Davies .
"To hear that from him, it puts my mind at ease. I’m grateful for the opportunities today and I have to keep working as hard now, to keep myself in the manager’s mind."

Blues not targeting Kean replacement
Everton are not looking to sign a striker after letting Moise Kean join Paris Saint-Germain on a season-long loan deal.
The Blues feel as though they have enough depth in that area with Richarlison capable of deputising for Dominic Calvert-Lewin in the central role should Everton’s top scorer suffer an injury.
Ancelotti will also be able to call upon Cenk Tosun with the Turkey international close to returning to fitness after a serious knee injury.
Theo Walcott is another option if the 31-year-old stays beyond the deadline while Everton have been buoyed by the progress of Ellis Simms, who has impressed while training with the senior squad.
The Blues will, however, look to sell players surplus to Ancelotti’s requirements with Sandro Ramirez, Yannick Bolasie and Mo Besic all available.
