Rodriguez outlines his Everton role
Rodriguez says he’s a player who likes to create and score goals ahead of potentially making his Blues debut against Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday.
The former Bayern Munich ace is renowned for operating in the No.10 position and making things happen between the midfield and attack, as he proved at the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.
Explaining what qualities he will bring to Carlo Ancelotti’s side, Rodriguez said: "The No.10 should be able to create goal-scoring opportunities, he should be able to score goals, make his teammates play.
"So I'm a person that likes to create and score goals because I enjoy scoring goals, making assists, enjoy playing and performing.
"Now, football is complicated, football is now monotonous.”
