Fabian Delph also makes way, with Abdoulaye Doucoure starting alongside Alex Iwobi and Allan in midfield.
Richarlison will lead the frontline after his 50th goal for the club earned a late draw against Leicester. He is joined in attack by Anthony Gordon and Demarai Gray.
The decision means Frank Lampard has resisted the temptation to start Salomon Rondon following his useful cameo in midweek.
Jordan Pickford, Seamus Coleman and Vitalii Mykolenko make up the starting line-up for the Blues.
