Everton line up confirmed as Salomon Rondon starts with surprise name on bench vs Norwich

Jordan Pickford has returned to the Everton starting line-up for the visit of Norwich to Goodison Park.

Rafa Benitez also named youngster Lewis Dobbin on the bench for a Premier League match for the first time.

The England goalkeeper has not played for the Blues since the win over Burnley earlier this month, with Asmir Begovic taking his place in the side.

And his inclusion in place of the Bosnian is the only change that the Blues have made from their 3-0 defeat to Aston Villa last time out in the league.

Allan, Abdoulaye Doucoure, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina are all back in the side after being left out against Queens Park Rangers in midweek.

Dobbin starts from the bench for the first time for a Premier League fixture after missing the under-23s defeat to Manchester United on Friday evening.

He joins fellow striker Ellis Simms among the substitutes while Jarrad Branthwaite, who played 90 minutes for David Unsworth's side in Southport, is also on the bench.

Salomon Rondon leads the line for the Blues.
