One Everton legend has shown Wigan Athletic's stars how it's done in the latest video from their pre-season training.
The Championship side have already begun their preparations for the upcoming campaign, which gets underway a week before the new Premier League season kicks off.
Wigan are starting their pre-season training in La Cala this week and have been joined by Everton legend Peter Reid.
The Blues title-winning midfielder has been working with the Latics on a temporary and voluntary basis as a consultant to manager Paul Cook for over two years.
And, in the latest video from Wigan's camp, the 63-year-old showed he's still got it!

Reid was shown working out with the rest of the squad with a series of sit-ups as a couple of players watch on.
And the video certainly caught the attention of Everton supporters, who were quick to point out how good the former Blues midfielder was looking.
