Everton injury news as Rafa Benitez set to be without four key starters for trip to Man City

Manchester City are set to face a weakened Everton side this weekend when they travel to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday.

Everton boss Rafa Benitez has confirmed that Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Abdoulaye Doucoure will continue to be sidelined and remains weeks away from returning.

Calvert-Lewin, the club's top scorer in their last two seasons, is a long-term absentee after fracturing his toe earlier this season.

The Blues will also be without two other players at the spine of their team, with Yerry Mina and Andre Gomes remaining unavailable.

Everton have had a disappointing start to the season, currently sitting in 11th place - seven points off the top four.

Man City, themselves, will also be missing a number of key players however.

Kevin De Bruyne, Jack Grealish and Ferran Torres will not be included in the squad, while Phil Foden's status is questionable.

De Bruyne tested positive for coronavirus today, and will be unavailable for 10 days.

The two will face off on Sunday at 2pm.
