Everton will take on Mexican side Pumas in the second match of their US tour this summer.
The Blues are taking part in the Florida Cup this summer and are scheduled to face Colombian outfit Millonarios on Sunday evening at 11pm (UK time).
Rafa Benitez's squad were due to then compete against either Arsenal or Inter Milan the following Wednesday, after the two sides faced each other at the weekend.
But, earlier this week, both Arsenal and Inter withdrew from the competition due to the Covid-19 pandemic, leaving the rest of the competition up in the air.
It has now been confirmed Everton will face the three-time CONCACAF Champions League winners - formally known as Club Universidad Nacional - on Wednesday 28 July, kick-off 11pm (BST), 6pm (ET).
The winners of the Blues' match against Millonarios will be confirmed as the Florida Cup victors.
General admission tickets are now available for both matches.
