Everton fans have shared their cheeky responses to the Blues' latest tweet.
The transfer window is now open and supporters are already excited to see who Marco Silva and Marcel Brands will be bringing into the club over the coming weeks and months.
But there is one player in particular that is on the minds of a lot of Everton supporters it seems.
The club put out a tweet on Monday afternoon celebrating Portugal Day, along with a picture of the club's Portuguese manager Silva .
But, fans replying to the tweet thought it would be the perfect time to announce Andre Gomes' arrival on a permanent basis.
The Blues are interested in a move for the Barcelona midfielder after what was an impressive spell on loan at Goodison Park across 2018/19 - and the two clubs are already in talks over a transfer.
And supporters were convinced today would be the perfect time to announce the Portuguese international's arrival.
