Everton confirmed line up against Leicester as Marco Silva changes formation

Everton will play with three centre-halves against Leicester City as Marco Silva shuffles his pack amid midfield injury problems.

The Blues boss has picked Mason Holgate, Michael Keane and Yerry Mina to all start at the King Power Stadium with Djibril Sidibe and Lucas Digne acting as wing-backs.

Alex Iwobi, Tom Davies, Gylfi Sigurdsson and Richarlison make up the rest of the midfield with Dominic Calvert-Lewin leading the line.

Bernard is fit enough for a place on the bench with Morgan Schneiderlin also able to named among the substitutes.
