Everton's transfer intentions for Nicolas Pepe as Lille hitman continues to draw interest from Europe

Everton want Lille winger Nicolas Pepe but fear they may be priced out of a move.

Pepe has emerged as a prime target for the Blues as they look to add a left-footed wide-man to their squad.

The 24-year-old Ivory Coast international is attracting interest from across Europe after hitting 22 goals and registering 11 assists in Ligue 1 last season.

And the number of clubs chasing Pepe's signature could create a bidding war which the Blues worry may push them out of the running and needing to look at alternative targets.

Everton will also be battling with Champions League clubs for his services this summer which makes the job of landing him even harder.

But Marco Silva sees Pepe as the left-footed winger who could operate on Everton's right-hand side next term and the club are determined to test the French club's resolve over the exciting attacker who has been valued at around £60m.
