Everton confirm rearranged date for Merseyside Derby against Liverpool Women

Everton have confirmed the rearranged date for their FA Women's Super League tie against Liverpool Women at Goodison Park.

The Merseyside derby was due to take place on February 9, but was postponed thanks to adverse weather conditions caused by Storm Ciara in the city.

However, the clash will now take place on Wednesday March 25, with a 7pm kick off scheduled for the tie.

This will be the first WSL Merseyside derby to be hosted at Goodison Park following Everton's 1-0 victory in front of a 23,500 crowd at Anfield in November.

Tickets purchased for the orginial fixture in the Family Enclosure, Park End and the Lower Gwladys Street will remain valid and can be used for the rearranged tie next month.

However, those who bought tickets in either the Upper Bullens or the Main Stand will now be relocated to the Park End, and a representative from Everton Fan Services will be in touch with those supporters.

For supporters with a complimentary ticket for the original fixture, this ticket will not be valid. Please contact your ticket supplier for further information on obtaining a ticket for the rearranged date.

All tickets purchased for the away section will remain valid.

To purchase new or additional tickets for the rearranged Women’s Merseyside Derby,  click here  or call the Everton Fan Centre on 0151 556 1878.
