Everton have confirmed the signing of Ben Godfrey from Norwich City.
The defender becomes the club's fifth transfer of the summer and makes the move to Goodison Park for a fee believed to be in the region of £20m.
The central defender has put pen-to-paper on a five-year contract with the Blues, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2025.

Godfrey has also played in defensive midfield during his career, impressing in that position while on loan with Shrewsbury Town during the 2017/18 season.
The 22-year-old began his career with York City before making the move to Norwich, where he became a key player during their time in the Premier League during the 2019/20 campaign.
The defender becomes Everton's first business of deadline day, with the club still looking to offload a number of players before the transfer window shuts.
