Marcel Brands and Marco Silva will hold talks next week over the futures of Phil Jagielka and Leighton Baines.
The long-serving Blues' defenders are both out of contract this summer but are expected to find out about new deals BEFORE the final home game of the season next Friday against Burnley.
It is believed that Everton are prepared to offer Baines a 12 month extension but the future of club captain Jagielka remains uncertain.
Everton set for major squad revamp which could see two teams of unwanted players axed
Both players should receive clarity by next week and ahead of the final home game of the campaign.
Silva told the ECHO: "It will be possible. We are talking about a week but I think yes, I think yes. Because after that we go into the last week of the season and next week I will sit with Marcel again and it will be a big possibility for them to know."
Jagielka was asked about his future following the defeat to Fulham earlier this month and admitted he was still in the dark.
He said: “You would prefer to know as quick as possible."
