Everton buy or avoid - the 33 transfer links Marcel Brands could be considering this summer

As we all know, it's going to be a busy summer transfer window for Everton.

The Blues showed a lot of promise towards the end of the 2018/19 term, but it's clear the club still need to add quality players in key positions if they want to progress into the Premier League's top six and beyond.

Marco Silva and Marcel Brands will be looking to clear out a lot of the squad to make room for these additions, but there are already a lot of people trying to guess what the club's list of potential incomings could look like.

In fact, on Monday the ECHO put together a list of every player linked with potential moves to Goodison Park since the transfer window (for domestic moves at least) officially opened on May 16.

There were already 33 names on the list, with some links proving to be a lot more solid than others.

So, obviously, there are a lot of players for Brands to be narrowing his list down from - and a lot of big decisions for the director of football to be making over the summer.
