Marco Silva believes taking maximum points from Everton's final three games of the season should be enough to secure a seventh place finish.
The Blues are one of four teams in the hunt for seventh with it expected to offer a place in the Europa League next season.
Manchester City would need to defeat Watford in the FA Cup final on May 18 for that to become a possibility.
Watford are also in pursuit of seventh along with Everton, Wolves and Leicester City.
And though Silva was reluctant to shift the focus beyond this weekend's game with Crystal Palace, he did say a 58 point haul for the season is likely to be enough for the Blues to finish as the 'best of the rest' outside the top six - and potentially handed a ticket to Europe.
"I don't like to talk about these things. We have to look at each match like it is the most important match and aim for the three points," Silva said.
"But, it is possible it will be enough."
