It's well documented that the Blues can't register any new players this summer, although they have lodged an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport so that transfer ban can be reduced.

Having already lost Aaron Wan-Bissaka to Manchester United this summer, it's being reported that doing business with Chelsea would suit the Eagles to a tee as this allows them to keep the Ivory Coast international for at least one more season.
So does this indicate that Chelsea - a club serving a transfer ban - are leading the race to sign Zaha?
