Nottingham Forest have been linked with a possible summer move for full-back Mohamed Drager, according to reports in Greece.
The defender currently plays for Olympiacos, the club also controlled by Forest owner Evangelos Marinakis, but he has found game time hard to come by since moving to the Greek capital last summer.
The 24-year-old has played just five times in the Greek Super League so far this season, and has not been included in the Olympiacos matchday squad in eight of their last nine league games.
His last appearance for the club came in a 3-0 Greek Cup win over Panetolikos at the start of February.
According to Sportdog , with Drager now falling to the third choice right-back at Olympiacos, he is surplus to requirements with the club willing to let him go when the transfer window reopens in the summer.
The report claims the possibility of a move to the City Ground "can not be ruled out".
Should a transfer go ahead, it wouldn’t be the first time that a player has moved between the clubs.
This season, midfielder Cafu has joined Forest on loan from Olympiacos with Tiago Silva going in the opposite direction.
Sarah Clapson, the Nottinghamshire Live Forest reporter, gave Cafu 6/10 in our player ratings for the season so far, writing: "Still not entirely sure what to make of the former Olympiacos man.
"Forest have tried him in a few different roles, but he does seem to do better when in one of the deeper midfield spots. He has struck up a nice partnership with James Garner there.
"Industrious and effective without necessarily being spectacular."
Players such as Karim Ansarifard, Andreas Bouchalakis and Stefanos Kapino have also swapped Olympiacos for the City Ground in recent seasons.
