Evaluation to halt at GujCET, GSSSB test venues

AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat State Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board has declared a day off for teachers engaged in assessment of answer sheets in centres where GujCET will be held on April 18.

However, the assessment process will continue in schools that have more than one building on its campus.

Similarly, in assessment centres that double up as venues for Gujarat State Subordinate Services Selection Board exam on April 24, the evaluators will get a day’s break. The school board has written to all assessment centres to grant a day’s leave to teachers who are required to be on duty as invigilators for the exam in their respective schools.

The school board has clarified that the teachers will get their travelling allowance for these two days.
