Eurostar launches £29 tickets to Paris and Brussels Christmas markets

Eurostar just launched its autumn sale, and keen travellers can bag themselves tickets to some of Europe's most sought-after destinations for less than £30.

For £29 each way, you can head off to sip coffee and watch the world go by in Paris, or explore Brussels' magical Christmas markets.

The same price will also bag you a ticket to the cultural hub of Lillle, or to the ferry port of Calais.

If you don't mind spending a few extra quid, for £35 you can take a trip to Holland , as both Amsterdam and Rotterdam are also included in the sale.

For something a little bit different, you can go to Antwerp, Bruges or Ghent with Eurostar's 'Any Belgian Station' ticket, which costs £39 one-way.

The sale is live on Eurostar's website now, but if you want to get a girls' trip, stag do or family getaway sorted you'll have to be quick, as tickets are limited and the offer will only be available until Monday September 23.

Eurostar promote the luxury of their routes to Amsterdam

Tickets are available for travel between 1 October and 17 January, so there should be a date to suit you somewhere along the line.

This period also means you can get some trips to Christmas markets in - what's not to love?

Just note that you'll need to buy a return ticket to take advantage of the sale prices, so if you were planning on leaving the country never to be seen again (given all the Brexit drama, I wouldn't blame you), you won't be able to get a cheap one-way trip.
