European side 'confident' of signing Celtic ace Greg Taylor

Celtic defender Greg Taylor has received a lucrative offer to join Dinamo Zagreb, according to a report.

The Scotland international is headed for the Celtic Park exit door this summer, when his contract expires.

Brendan Rodgers revealed at the weekend that the 27-year-old was unlikely to stay put in Glasgow, especially with Kieran Tierney's imminent return.

The Northern Irishman wanted the former Kilmarnock player to stay in his first team squad.

However, those hopes have faded with clubs around the globe tabling superior offers for the left-back.

The Daily Record states that Dinamo Zagreb have 'pulled out all the stops' to sign Taylor.

It's said the Croatian outfit are confident of securing his services.

Fabio Cannavaro tried to land him in the January transfer window, but the clubs were unable to strike a deal.

Taylor sees his new move outside of Scotland and is keen on a fresh challenge in his career.

The report says Taylor also has options in the United States.
