Naila Suleman – West Midlands Police

Vincent Francois is the head of audit at Societe Generale and he set up the first ever LGB network at the bank. He did so to ensure that Societe Generale is seen as a truly equal opportunities employer. This was not only outside his comfort zone at work, it was something beyond what anyone would have expected from someone from his status and position within the bank.
Daniel Winterfeldt – CMS Cameron McKenna LLP
In addition to his leading capital markets practice, Daniel Winterfeldt has made revolutionary and ground-breaking contributions to the field of diversity and inclusion in the London legal sector and is truly a "champion" for diversity and inclusion issues. Daniel was recently placed 89th in the World Pride Power List, reflecting his commitment to the LGBT community.
Anthony Watson – Barclays
Anthony is chief information officer, Europe Retail & Business Banking, Barclays. He is a passionate champion for diversity inside and outside of Barclays. He visits schools in the UK to offer advice and guidance to both students and teachers in challenging homophobic bullying and celebrating diversity and difference. Anthony was recently listed as the 56th most influential LGBT person in the world in the World Pride Power List.
