Centro – West Midlands Integrated Transport Authority

As the Integrated Transport Authority for the West Midlands, Centro takes a leading role in co-ordinating and developing transport services in the region. Centro puts equality and diversity at the heart of public transport services and employment practice.

Farnell Element 14

Farnell Element14 is a high-service distributor of technology products, services and solutions for electronic system design, maintenance and repair, supported by a global online engineering community to collaborate, research and keep projects on track. They operate in 21 countries in Europe and have offices in the UK, France, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Poland, Italy and Spain.

Police Region Fryslân, Netherlands

The Police Region Fryslân founded a project with the National Expertise Centre, Diversity, Police Academy of the Netherlands called Time of Life & Employability. Time of Life forms an important part of diversity and inclusion in an ageing organisation and in a time of individualisation. Knowledge and understanding of generations and of different stages of life contribute to exploiting and using diverse talents and an inclusive working environment.

Novartis Pharma AG

Valerie Guertler-Doyle, head of Diversity & Inclusion Switzerland, and Regula Schaer, diversity and inclusion project co-ordinator Switzerland, are Novartis' diversity and inclusion Switzerland team. Championing diversity and inclusion for Novartis Switzerland, whose cross-divisional work impacts 14,000 employees, this team has moved initiatives to the frontline by consciously formulating necessary changes in terms of positive business impact.

BNP Paribas

The diversity team in BNP Paris has engagement at executive committee level including Jean-Laurent Bonnafé; chairman of BNP Paribas Group. They use the diversity team to link core businesses such as CIB, real estate and business services, represented across the UK, Luxembourg, Spain, Paris as well as the Americas and Asia.

Metropolitan Police Service

As the police force covering the capital of the United Kingdom, a representative workforce is essential to their capability to meet performance targets and deliver a professional service to all of London's communities. The Promoting Difference (PD) Programme is a menu of development options available to those with protected characteristics.

Linguistic and Cultural Mediator Team

The team of linguistic and cultural mediators have worked tirelessly to support children schools and families as well as with voluntary and other statutory organisations, to improve the life chances of new or recently arrived children and families for whom English is an additional language.

Weener Groep

Weener Groep is a supported employment facility in the Netherlands. It strongly stimulates the employment participation of disabled people by means of a self-created Service Bureau Social Return on Investment (SBSR). By using the SBSR, Weener Groep creates a demand for a labour-force and provides an increasing demand for a socially responsible business enterprise.
