WVS-Groep
With the 'What is your handicap?' campaign, WVS-groep made a positive and creative connection between the game of golf and people with disabilities. The main goal of the campaign was to try and place as many as possible of their 3,000 employees in the open labour market, and therefore at non-sheltered workplaces.
Fundación ONCE/ FSC Inserta
Fundación ONCE/ FSC Inserta created a viral marketing campaign of the ONCE Foundation "Luis Castro", in which a young man with intellectual disability asks for work through his video resume.
Foundation Motivation Romania and ActiveWatch Media Monitoring Agency
The Disability Gala is an annual event with national media coverage, organised by Motivation Foundation Romania and ActiveWatch Romania, in partnership with the Romanian public broadcasting channel. The campaign presented successfully integrated people with disabilities, the employers who choose to hire them, and models of inclusive education.
Stonewall
Stonewall has always championed the need for equal rights for gay and bisexual men and women. The 'Some People Are Gay, Get Over It' advertising campaign on London buses was conducted to coincide with the government consultation on proposals to extend the legal form of marriage to same-sex couples.
Channel 4
Although Channel 4 – as a public service television station – is publicly-owned, it is entirely self funded. Its remit is to innovate and appeal to everyone – different cultures, nationalities, religious persuasions, physical and mental abilities, sexual orientation, races and ages. Founded in the eighties to combat the monopoly of the BBC and ITV, Channel 4 commissions its programmes from over 300 production companies across the UK.
A & N Media
As an employer, A&N Media has a responsibility to eradicate all types of discrimination and improve awareness of equality and diversity and inclusion in the workplace. They wanted to communicate this sensitive matter in a fun and engaging way to all employees within the company. The HR department teamed up with A&N Creative to produce a three-minute animation that informs employees about equality and diversity within the company.
