Farnell Element 14

They operate in 21 countries in Europe and have offices in the UK, France, Germany, Denmark, Holland, Poland, Italy and Spain.

Unilever

On any given day, two billion people around the world use Unilever products to look good, feel good and get more out of life. With more than 400 brands focused on health and wellbeing, no other company touches so many people's lives in so many different ways. Of those two billion people approximately 75% of global consumers are women. To become a leader in diversity and inclusion Unilever have set goals with a focus on gender diversity.

Maersk Group

Operating in 142 countries with a workforce of some 104,000 employees, the understanding and acceptance of differences has always been a natural part of the mindset and behaviour in Maersk Group.

Accenture

Accenture's core values – stewardship, best people, client value creation, one global network, respect for the individual and integrity – have all worked in support of inclusion and diversity since the organisation's founding. Inclusion and diversity is a business priority for Accenture and not just an HR issue.

Association "Disabled for the Environment EKON"

The Association "Disabled for the Environment EKON" (Poland) is a social enterprise that successfully placed 1,178 disabled persons in sheltered as well as mainstream employment. Moreover, 410 individuals of this group are people with mental and intellectual disabilities. Through their job placement, they try to break the unjustified stereotype of not being able to make valuable contribution to professional and social life.

L'Oreal

The L'Oréal Group is the world's largest cosmetics and beauty company. With its registered office in Paris and head office in the Paris suburb of Clichy, Hauts-de-Seine, France, it has developed activities in the field of cosmetics. L'Oreal signed the seven diversity charters that exist in Europe and co-created 2 of them (in Italy and Sweden). L'Oreal is also the only company member of the Diversity Committee of the European Commission.

Telefonica Europe

Across Telefonica Europe (O2), they recognise that everyone is different. At Telefonica they see these differences as a competitive advantage. By recognising the strengths of different backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, they feel that they will grow together and be even more successful. Everyone within the company is accountable for making sure people feel respected and included.

Centro – West Midlands Integrated Transport Authority

As the Integrated Transport Authority for the West Midlands, Centro takes a leading role in co-ordinating and developing transport services in the region. Centro puts equality and diversity at the heart of public transport services and employment practice.
