Genk are considering further action against Stuttgart after being infuriated at former Celtic star Oh Hyeon-gyu's collapsed £24 million move... which cost the Hoops £4 million.
The South Korean striker looked poised to move from Genk to the Bundesliga and travelled to Germany to complete the move last week.
Celtic has inserted a sell-on clause when they sold Oh to the Belgian club for £3.5 million last summer and were reportedly set to receive around £4 million if the transfer had been completed.

However, Stuttgart cancelled the deal after citing concerns about a possible knee injury. Oh admitted this week he was completely baffled at their decision. He said: "Since high school, I've never had any problems with my knee and never missed games due to injuries, not even at Celtic or Genk."
And Genk - who will kick off their Europa League campaign with a match later this month at Ibrox against Rangers - could take the matter further.
Genk chief executive Luc Hooybergs said: What happened with Oh Hyeon-gyu was indecent.
"He boarded a plane to Stuttgart after our match against Zulte Waregem. The transfer seemed like a formality, but suddenly there were signs that Stuttgart was internally questioning the £24 million fee.
"They then brought up a medical file from Oh from eight years earlier and suddenly wanted to renegotiate the deal, which wasn't an option for us.
"Oh is in top condition and hasn't had any injuries for years.
"So we are considering whether to proceed further with this. Nothing is ruled out."
