Chelsea are officially European champions once more, and the fans are absolutely jubilant after witnessing the celebratory scenes in Porto.
The Blues have won the Champions League for the second time, beating Manchester City in the final in Porto this evening thanks to Kai Havertz 's first-half winner.
Mason Mount put the German through on goal, and he took care of the rest, taking the ball around Ederson before slotting it into an open net.
The goal was met with jubilant scenes among the 6,000 Blues fans inside Estadio do Dragao, and indeed all the fans celebrating around the world.
And the scenes were just as wild amongst Chelsea fans at the final whistle when it was confirmed the Blues had added to their 2012 victory in this competition.
The performance was a defensive masterclass from Thomas Tuchel and his men, who denied City their first ever Champions League win.
City were favourites coming into the game, but once again Chelsea undid Pep Guardiola, who has now lost three straight games against Tuchel's Blues, including a Premier League tie and an FA Cup semi-final.
Chelsea have been reacting to the huge achievement on social media tonight, and it's no surprise they are on cloud this evening.
