Europa League semi-finals LIVE!
May 2- May 9
After back-to-back nights of gripping Champions League action, the Uefa Europa League returns to take centre stage on Thursday evening.
Both semi-final first-leg ties are due to kick-off at the same time, with Arsenal hosting Valencia at the Emirates Stadium and London rivals Chelsea travelling to take on Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Gunners will be without Aaron Ramsey for their second successive last-four appearance and indeed the rest of the season, but Mesut Ozil and Nacho Monreal should return.
Chelsea are facing something of a defensive crisis with Gary Cahill joining Antonio Rudiger on the sidelines, with full-back Cesar Azpilicueta the only makeshift senior cover for David Luiz and Andreas Christensen.
With Champions League qualification on offer to the winner of this competition and at least one of the two English sides involved set to miss out on a top-four domestic finish, the stakes are certainly high.
