One Irish punter is €500,000 richer after Friday's EuroMillions draw.
The lucky player scooped the monster sum after hitting the jackpot in the Plus draw.
The punter, who bought their ticket online, matched all five numbers - 1, 24, 29, 34 and 40.
There was no winner of the main draw's jackpot worth a whopping €51million.
But one Irish player did come agonisingly close after matching five number plus one lucky star, which will see them claim a sweet €75,000.
The winning numbers in that draw were 1, 10, 12, 21 and 26, and the lucky stars were 5 and 11.
In total, over 60,000 players in Ireland won prizes.
There were also 10 Irish players who will pocket €5,000 each following the Ireland Only Raffle Draw.
