Euromillions Results: Ireland's hot streak continues as Stillorgan store sells winning ticket worth €500,000

Ireland's hot streak on the Euromillions continues with yet another Dublin player has scooping a €500,000 bonanza.

This is the fifth draw in a row that an Irish player has won the EuroMillions Plus top prize and the 26th time this year the jackpot has been won in Ireland.

The winning Quick Pick ticket was sold on Monday at the Bookstation store in the Stillorgan Shopping Centre.

The winning EuroMillions Plus numbers for last night’s draw were: 05, 06, 26, 48, 49

Bookstation also sold a winning Lotto ticket worth almost €300,000 in October 2018.

The store's manager, Tom Nolan said: “Nothing gets the excitement going in-store like a lottery win, it’s absolutely fantastic.

"There’s a great buzz about the entire town today with news filtering out that somebody has woken up a half a million euro richer.

"The lottery terminal in our store has been busy checking tickets all morning as hopeful customers are checking to see if they have the lucky ticket.

"Whoever the winner is, we wish them all the best of luck and we hope that they enjoy their new found fortune."

While there was no winner of last night’s EuroMillions jackpot of €48 million.

Friday’s EuroMillions jackpot now rolls over to a whopping €60 million.

Tonight's Irish Lotto jackpot is an estimated €5.2 million.

Play in store, on the National Lottery App or online by 7:45pm by this evening for your chance to win.
