EuroMillions results: Dublin shop reveals it sold €500,000 Plus winning ticket

A Dublin shop has revealed it sold the €500,000 Euromillions Plus winning ticket.

The Centra shop on Grange Road near Marlay Park said it sold the winning ticket in a social media post soon after the results were announced.

The National Lottery confirmed that the winning ticket was sold in Dublin this evening - but was keeping quiet about where exactly that was.

The winning numbers in the EuroMillions Plus draw were 4, 5, 14, 15, 16.

Posting on its social media page, the shop said: "If you bought tonight's euro millions lotto ticket in Centra Marley Park! Check your ticket cause we sold the ticket worth €500,000!!

"Congratulations to the lucky winner!!

"Yippee for one of our Customers - delighted!"

There was one winner of the €190 million EuroMillions jackpot, and they were in the UK.

The last EuroMillions draw saw a lucky player win €2.5 million and the winning ticket was sold in Donabate.

The winning ticket of €2,521,015 was sold at Kane’s/McCartney’s SuperValu store.
