Lightning has struck twice in Dublin as a second millionaire was unveiled in the space of a week in the capital.
Friday night's EuroMillions draw saw the second draw in the eagerly anticipated EuroMillions ‘Fortnight of Fortunes’.
The two-week bonanza guarantees to make five brand new millionaires in Ireland over two weeks with a series of special ‘Ireland Only Raffle’ events.
And the winning ticket worth over €1 million went to yet another Dubliner following the first Dub winner on Tuesday.
The ‘Ireland Only Raffle’ winning raffle code in last night’s EuroMillions draw, worth €1,005,000 to the Dub, was: I JXJ 84625.
The first ‘Fortnight of Fortunes’ €1 million winning ticket was sold in a Mace store in the Deansrath shopping centre near Clondalkin village on Tuesday 3 November.
But, the National Lottery said it'll be Sunday before we find out the details of the shop that sold the golden ticket this time.
A spokesperson said: "Imagine how it would feel to wake up more than €1 million better off? Well yet another Dubliner won’t have to imagine that this morning as they are living this dream. We are asking everyone in Dublin to check those tickets and see if their raffle code is I JXJ 84625.
"If that code matches the one on your EuroMillions ticket then we would ask you to sign the back of the ticket and contact our prize claims team on 1800 666 222 or email claims@lottery.ie and we will make arrangements for you to collect your prize."
They added: "As with any prize win over €1 million, it is important that we inform the winning retailer and of course to give the winning ticketholder the time and space they need to let this amazing win to sink in."
