Euro 2020: Scottish Love Island winner Paige Turley rolls eyes as boyfriend Finn Tapp cheers on England

Love Island winner Paige Turley was seen rolling her eyes as her English boyfriend Finley Tapp celebrated England's quarter-final win in the Euro 2020 championship.

The pair were attending the Daily Record Pride of Scotland awards on Wednesday, which fell on the same day as England's semi-final match against Denmark.

As reported by the Daily Record, ex-footballer Finn admitted he was distracted by the game all night and was unable to focus on the awards.

He told the Daily Record at the event: "Two very happy people right now.

"It certainly is an after party.

"It's coming home, 2-1 we are into the final.

"Are we happy girl?"

Paige can be seen rolling her eyes, interjecting: "We agreed we don't talk about The Euros.

"After Scotland was done, that was it.

"It was done for us."

English Finn clapped back by telling the singer that she had to be supportive, to which she replied: "Yeah, ok, ok."

Afterwards, Finn spoke about dancing with joy following England's win.

He said: "I like to boogie, I need a couple more wines for that."

The Pride of Scotland awards celebrated inspirational Scots from all walks of life and of all ages who have transformed the lives of those around them.

The event attracted many stars, some of who left Finn awestruck.

Nathan Evans, who went viral and landed a Number One single for his sea shanty Wellerman tune was in attendance but it was Still Game actors Gabin Mitchell and Sanjeev JKohli that left the Love Island champion speechless.

He said: "I was a bit starstruck when I met the Still Game legend Navid.

I was buzzing."

When asked to do an impersonation, Fin stated: "I cannae."

Paige then joked: "I've got wee Isa standing here."
