Euro 2020 fixtures and results in full: Every score as group stages come to a close

Euro 2020 will finally kick-off at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome after a year long delay.

The tournament, which will see three home nations -England, Wales and Scotland - compete alongside 21 other teams, promises to be full of drama and excitement.

Gareth Southgate’s England are one of the favourites and with the final and the semi-finals held at Wembley stadium the Three Lions will be eager to have a successful tournament and play in front of what could potentially be a full Wembley crowd.

The tournament will begin with a game on Friday between Italy and Turkey before Wales commence their tournament on Saturday against Switzerland.

Meanwhile, England will have to wait until Sunday to start their campaign and Scotland a day longer playing their first game in Glasgow on Monday afternoon.
