An official UEFA guest list for tonight's main event has circulated on social media.

London model Kate Moss has made the cut, with Hollywood star Tom Cruise was also expected among the celebrity guests, according to the list released by the European governing body.

Former England players Wayne Rooney, David Beckham, and Sir Geoff Hurst are also on the list, along with Italy’s Alessandro Nesta and Gianluca Zambrotta – and Fabio Capello, the Italian who managed England from 2007 to 2012.

Beckham was seen at Wembley for the semi-final, sitting near singer Ed Sheeran.

UEFA president Aleksander Ceferin and general secretary Theodoros Theodoridis will be joined at the final by FIFA president Gianni Infantino and representatives of the English and Italian Football Associations

Responding to the news on Twitter, one fan wrote: "Everything that's wrong with modern football. More concerned about image and so called celebrities than the actual fans!"

Another said: "These tickets should be given to people who deserve them! Like charities or underprivileged people."

A third wrote: "So, two women, one the future queen and one a former model. Where are the female players and representatives?

Inclusivity, my a***"
