Estate agent Dafydd Hardy has continued its expansion with a new office opening in Colwyn Bay.
The property agent had traditionally covered Gwynedd and Anglesey but in 2018 expanded its presence in Conwy county, with an office in Llandudno.
This has proved a massive success leading to a new site in Colwyn Bay’s West End.
Dafydd Hardy said: “I’m extremely proud of what the Llandudno team have achieved and excited to see our services now in Colwyn Bay and Rhos on Sea.
“As with every local business, the past 18 months have been difficult, and I wouldn’t have envisaged opening a new office this time last year. We have worked hard over the past few months to take a retail unit that has stood empty for many years and used local tradespeople to bring this shop back to life, whilst also bringing new jobs to the area.
“I hope we can become a long-term part of the local community and help those looking for a proactive, modern and service-driven estate agent.”
The agent will donate £50 each to St David’s Hospice and Colwyn Bay Juniors Football Club for every new property which comes onto the market and sells with the Colwyn Bay office, between now and March 1.
