Estate agent accidentally publishes saucy bedroom snap on listing for home

A real estate agent included a snap of a woman performing a sex act on him in this x-rated property website listing.

Miguel Calvo, of Benchmark Realty, included 31 images of the pool, kitchen and lounge areas of the four-bedroom home in Nashville, Tennessee.

But stunned property hunters browsing the company's website discovered that Mr Calvo had forgotten to omit a private photo taken inside a bedroom of the $399,000 (£338,000) property.

The graphic selfie shows a naked woman kneeling on a bed and apparently performing a sex act on the estate agent.

The listing for the 29,000-square-foot has since been taken down, according to Scoop Tennessee which first reported the embarrassing mistake.

Calvo also confirmed to the publication that it was indeed him in the picture, but would not say whether he had uploaded the picture intentionally.

He also declined to reveal the identity of the woman in the photograph.

Mr Calvo's personal website, Miguel Calvo Properties, said that he had been working as a real estate agent for over a decade and had been living in Nashville for 13 years.

The website - which has since been taken offline - revealed that Calvo had worked as a independent contractor but was affiliated with Benchmark Realty.

The company's CEO Phillip Cantrell said: “We are a faith-based organisation and hold a very dim view of impropriety.

"Yet we also have a set procedure of investigation when accusations are made, so that, in fairness to all parties, we do not unnecessarily exacerbate a situation.

"With that said, after due process of an investigation of such claims, should we determine the agent did act in an improper manner, you may rest assured that their license will be released back to the state for disposition.”
